Flat Roofing
Avalon is delighted to be able to supply and install a few different types of flat roofing. Our fully trained and certified installers work with IKO & Alwitra amongst many others, and are all CSCS/SSSTS/NVQ qualified with many years' experience.
Felt Roofing
Felt roofing systems have been available for many years, and once installed by Avalon Construction we can achieve 10 to 25 year guarantees (depending on specification). High performance felt roof systems can be installed to many surfaces including timber decking, concrete deck, asphalt roofs, and more.
Single-Ply Membranes
An extremely versatile, reinforced, waterproofing solution and a popular design choice. The flexible and lightweight membrane can be safely and reliably installed without disruption. They have a high reflectivity for a lower roof temperature and high UV and chemical resistance for an enhanced lifespan.
Cold Liquid Applied System
The fastest growing sector of the flat roofing market, offering higher resistance to fire. With an excellent durable bond and high-performance waterproofing, this system can be installed while your business continues as normal, with no need for hot bitumen or gas bottles.

Avalon Construction specialise in the repair, removal & coatings of Non-Licensed Asbestos fibre cement roof sheets. Adhering to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, as well as the up-to-date Health and Safety guidelines, we make your safety and that of our operatives our utmost priority.
On every project, we provide specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements, with all our operatives trained for your peace of mind. We conduct site surveys ourselves and can arrange an independent asbestos survey and air test for your premises if required, using the latest 250g drone so there's no need to worry about having permission to survey.
Asbestos roofs can be extremely safe if undamaged and in good condition and will not immediately need removing. We offer removal, replacement, repair, or roof coatings which will prevent disruption to your business while we complete the contract works. We offer over-clad on our asbestos Roofs. We have an excellent Health & Safety record and every contractor is subject to a programme guaranteeing their training is as current as possible. Every project will be issued with detailed method statements and thorough risk assessments; these confirm that every member of the team and you as the client is fully aware of the risks on site.
All operatives are CSCS certified and we employ a specialist Health & Safety advisor, and have our own safety team who makes sure every potential risk is highlighted and responsibility is allocated to every individual on site.
